APOLLO.IO PRICING / SEATS AND CREDIT WINDOWS
Count the seats.
Keep the credit window.
At the observed Basic rates, three seats model $585 in payments over three monthly terms. Annual billing models $1,764 upfront and a larger credit allocation available at the start. The example below keeps the payment schedule and the credit balance separate.

What prices and allocations were visible?
Our visit to Apollo’s pricing page redirected to its French locale, with USD amounts. We read the annual position and switched to monthly. Verify the offer available to your account before relying on these rates.
| Plan | Monthly rate | Annual ÷ 12 | Monthly allocation | Annual allocation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 75 | 900, granted monthly |
| Basic | $65 | $49 | 2,500 | 30,000 upfront |
| Professional | $99 | $79 | 4,000 | 48,000 upfront |
| Organization | Unconfirmed; annual-only label | $119, minimum 3 seats | Unconfirmed | 72,000 upfront |
In the monthly position, Organization showed $149 alongside an annual-only label. We have not treated that as a purchasable monthly contract. Prices exclude applicable taxes. An annual equivalent needs multiplication by the paid seats and term; it is not an invoice observed at checkout.
What does one month of work consume?
Assume three Basic seats and one compatible credit pool. In each of three modeled months, request 3,000 email accesses, 500 phone accesses and 200 AI research runs. Treat every action as billable, without repeats, refunds or other usage.
| Action | Count | Credits/action | Credits needed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Email access | 3,000 | 1 | 3,000 |
| Phone access | 500 | 8 | 4,000 |
| AI research run | 200 | 1 | 200 |
| Total per modeled month | 3,700 actions | Mixed weights | 7,200 credits |
The action mix needs 7,200 credits. It does not describe 7,200 distinct contacts: the same person could be involved in different action types. It predicts neither usable data nor replies.
For monthly Basic, three assumed allocations of 2,500 provide 7,500 credits per month. That leaves 300 after each month’s workload. Across the three months, 21,600 credits are used, 600 from earlier months have expired, and 300 remain at the end of month 3.
For annual Basic, three assumed allocations of 30,000 provide 90,000 upfront. After the same three months of work, 68,400 remain inside the annual term. Dividing that balance by the remaining months would describe a planning allowance, not a new monthly grant or a guaranteed activity level.

What is paid within those three months?
The subscription payments use a new term beginning in month 1, three paid seats throughout, and unchanged monthly rates. The annual amount is calculated from the displayed equivalent: 3 × $49 × 12 = $1,764. Checkout was not inspected.
| Three-month measure | Monthly Basic | Annual Basic |
|---|---|---|
| Cash due | $585.00 | $1,764.00 |
| Service consumed | $585.00 | $441.00 |
| Service prepaid beyond month 3 | $0.00 | $1,323.00 |
The annual scenario pays $1,179 more cash inside this window while assigning $144 less subscription cost to the service consumed. Prepaid service is not a refund promise. The credit balance and prepaid service also use different units; neither should be added to cash.

What happens when the allocation is too small?
Replace 500 phone accesses with 550 while holding the other counts fixed. Demand becomes 7,600 credits against the assumed 7,500 monthly allocation, leaving a 100-credit shortfall. We have not verified a purchasable top-up quantity or price for this account.
The shortfall example (CSV) keeps the 7,600-credit demand known. The purchase quantity, additional cash and closing balance remain unknown. The model cannot label that shortfall free or assume that buying exactly 100 credits is possible.
Use the credit budget only for actions confirmed to share one pool. Apollo’s credit usage guide notes that waterfall email and mobile data can use separate balances. Rates and available actions depend on the actual configuration. Record its billing status and repetition rules before calculating.
Which terms can change the choice?
The English pricing FAQ says seats on an account share a plan level, credits are pooled across the team, and unused credits expire at the billing-cycle boundary. Confirm the specific grant schedule in the actual offer; the Free card’s monthly grants show why an annual headline alone is insufficient.
The official plan management guide says add-on credits renew with the subscription and unused credits do not roll over. Removing them affects the next cycle. Read that renewal scope before treating a top-up as a one-time cost.
A three-seat annual commitment may be a poor fit while you are still evaluating data coverage or seat needs. A lower subscription total over a full year does not settle the decision. Include mailbox costs, integrations, operations and actual required functions. We have not tested data accuracy, campaigns, support or deliverability.
How were the examples calculated?
Both ledgers come from the same local engines as our planning tools. The cash model keeps exact fractions until final currency rounding. The credit model works in three numbered monthly periods. Monthly quota expires before the next period; the annual quota arrives once and carries within a twelve-period term. The initial balances are unused, with no prior expiry or purchased credits.
All purchase scenarios and action counts are hypothetical. Public rates are observations from the localized official USD cards, not a certified US offer. Zeros for setup, taxes and time express the platform-only scope; enter their real amounts or leave them unknown for a full budget. An unknown top-up stays unknown. Downloads include assumptions, units, source and check date; opening a tool does not preload these cases.
Apollo already provides a pricing calculator and instructions. Its estimate should be checked against checkout. Our localized visit displayed pricing cards without a usable estimator, so we have not compared its result with this case.
