INSTANTLY PRICING / PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Instantly pricing.
Read the bill first.
The public bundle page we saw on October 20, 2026 showed Starter at $85 billed monthly or $918 billed annually. Over a three-month planning window, that annual bill leaves $688.50 of prepaid service beyond the window; the $76.50 figure expresses one month of annual service.

What did the public pricing page show?
These are the bundles displayed after our browser visit to Instantly’s pricing page redirected to /pricing-new. We read both billing positions. An existing subscriber’s offer may differ.
| Bundle | Monthly bill | Annual bill | Annual ÷ 12 | Credits/month | Uploaded contacts | Sends/month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $85 | $918 | $76.50 | 1,500 | 1,000 | 5,000 |
| Scale | $265 | $2,856 | $238 | 10,000 | 25,000 | 125,000 |
| Agency | $772 | $8,340 | $695 | 45,000 | 100,000 | 500,000 |
Enterprise requires a quote. The page also displayed a 50,000-credit add-on at $425/month for Scale and Agency. Those credits are a different unit from sends. A contact allowance also needs its own scope and reset rule confirmed.
What is due before the window ends?
For a hypothetical purchase at month 1, compare three monthly Starter bills with one annual Starter bill. Hold the observed prices constant within that first term. This is the platform subscription alone, before taxes and every external cost.
| Measure | Monthly billing | Annual billing |
|---|---|---|
| Payments due in months 1–3 | $85 + $85 + $85 | $918 in month 1 |
| Cash due | $255.00 | $918.00 |
| Service consumed in those three months | $255.00 | $229.50 |
| Prepaid service after month 3 | $0.00 | $688.50 |
The annual option uses $663 more cash inside this window and assigns $25.50 less subscription expense to those three months. Prepaid service is not a promised refund or recoverable cash balance.
Over a full first year, twelve unchanged monthly bills total $1,020, versus the observed $918 annual bill: a $102 difference. The corresponding differences for Scale and Agency are $324 and $924. These are arithmetic comparisons, not renewal guarantees or a reason to commit before checking fit.

Why do other pages quote different prices?
Instantly’s plans overview, read the same day, still describes separate Outbound and Data Credits plans, including Growth Outbound at $47/month. The extracted version of /pricing also showed a different bundle table. Those observations do not establish which offer your account can purchase.
Match the exact plan name, billing term and allowances to one offer. Do not combine a bundle’s included credits with a separately quoted module and count them twice. We have not verified a migration rule or entitlement for existing customers.
Use the annual invoice amount shown in your quote. The displayed Scale annual bill was $2,856; applying a flat 10% reduction to twelve $265 bills would instead give $2,862. Our schedule uses the observed bill and leaves the difference visible.
Which costs still need a quote?
A platform price leaves the rest of the stack unfinished. The official overview separately lists purchased domains and email accounts, CRM and Inbox Placement. Connecting accounts does not establish that the accounts themselves are included in your bundle.
- Mailboxes and domains: enter quantity, initial term, ownership or transfer conditions and renewal price from the actual offer.
- Credits and add-ons: confirm which actions consume credits, their weights, expiration and any allowance already included. Use the credit budget only after those rules are known.
- Operations: add setup, applicable taxes, tools outside Instantly and your team’s time. A zero here needs an explicit reason.
The companion incomplete-stack example (CSV) keeps $255 of known platform payments but leaves an additional required cost unknown. Its full cash total is “Unknown”; the known subtotal remains $255. It does not turn an unquoted item into a free one.
Which plan should a small team investigate?
Start with the smallest offer whose confirmed functions and allowances cover your requirements. The Starter card’s arithmetic capacity alone cannot establish fit. Check reply handling, team access, integrations, stored-contact scope, credit use and your existing systems before choosing a tier.
A bundle may be a poor fit if you already pay for overlapping data or only need one separately available function. Ask for an itemized comparison. A table of send limits does not establish deliverability, a permissible sending volume or results. We have not tested the application, inbox placement, support or campaign performance.
The follow-up worked case shows how sequence actions continue after new entries stop. Its 2,200 scheduled actions are a hypothetical workload, not measured sent emails or a prediction of meetings. Check the calendar and the provider’s quota window independently.
What should you confirm before paying?
Is there a free trial?
The public bundle page advertises a 14-day trial. We have not opened one or verified its account-specific limits, card requirement or conversion to a paid term. Read those conditions before starting it.
Does annual billing guarantee the next renewal price?
Our research did not verify that guarantee. A second example extends the annual scenario to month 13 and leaves renewal unknown. The renewal-unknown CSV retains the first known $918 payment while refusing a complete total.
How much does 1,000 emails cost?
Divide the full cost for a closed period by actual sent emails in that same period, then multiply by 1,000. A subscription-only figure at maximum allowance is a different calculation. Credits, verified addresses, scheduled actions and delivered messages each have different denominators.
How can you reproduce these figures?
In the stack cost calculator, use USD and a three-month horizon. Create one quoted platform line, quantity 1, starting month 1. For monthly billing, enter $85 and one month for both initial and modeled renewal terms. For annual billing, enter $918 and twelve months initially, with renewal unknown. These examples start with a new term; they do not model an existing prepaid balance.
The platform-only cases explicitly exclude setup, taxes, labor and the remaining stack. Their corresponding input zeros express that limited scope. To calculate a full budget, include those costs and leave anything unquoted unknown. The calculator does not fetch or validate your quote. Downloads reproduce this page’s fixed examples; opening the calculator does not preload them.
